Alfred 0.6 beta pre release has just been released and the changes are here in the change log.

The one I think a few people have been waiting for is the "Ability to add your own custom web searches" this now will allow you to add a search for your Google App mail :) and this is how you do it:

If you open you Google App Mail and perform a search you will see the following in your Location Bar: "https://mail.google.com/a/[YourDomain.co.uk]/#search/Search Term"

So if you open your Alfred prefences click "Web", then the "Custom Sites" click the Plus button bottom right and enter the following:

Search URL: https://mail.google.com/a/[YourDomain.co.uk]/#search/{query}
Display Text: Search Google App Mail (Or what ever you want to pop up your domain name maybe?)
Keyword: The word in the Alfred search box to perform your search.

Now you can search your Google Apps Mail straight from Alfred :D

Now you can go one step further and send emails direct too:

Change the link to https://mail.google.com/a/[yourdomain.co.uk]/?view=cm&to={query}

Now when you give it a keyword like newgamail you can type in to Alfred "newgamail kev@inner-rhythm.co.uk" this will open a browser with a new email with the users email address prepopulated or:

https://mail.google.com/a/[yourdomain.co.uk]/?view=cm&su={query} will then place the text after your keyword in the subject.
